In the Dominion suit, a judge has ordered the case to trial dealing a significant blow to dishonest Fox News

New developments in the Dominion-led lawsuit against Fox News have arrived. According to reports published Friday, the judge in the case has ordered the case to go to trial dealing a major blow to the troubled Fox News. Fox News stands accused of numerous things including helping push the false narrative that somehow the previous US election was stolen from Donald Trump. Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis ultimately ruled that quite literally nothing Fox News said about the voting machine company was true in ‘any capacity.’

The case will now head to a jury trial that will decide the fate of Fox News which may be on the hook for $1B+.

“The evidence developed in this civil proceeding demonstrates that is CRYSTAL clear than none of the Statements relating to Dominion about the 2020 election is true,” the ruling says. “Therefore, the Court will grant summary judgment in favour of Dominion on the element of falsity.”

Of course as many know the lawsuit comes as America-at-large has a reckoning with many of its dishonest news stations and channels that often push propaganda for personal agendas (Fox being one of many.)
