CNN is out this morning with a headline surely to upset one Virginia Thomas. According to CNN, sources have confirmed that Jan 6th committee officials are gearing up to formally request an interview between Thomas and the government over her text messages to Trump ‘s cronies. Those text messages revealed that Thomas whether indirectly or directly attempted to encourage Mark Meadows to overthrow the election.
Sources also tell CNN that the attempts to interview Ginni may go farther than initially expected. Thomas did reveal earlier this month that she in fact did attend a pro-Trump rally prior to the attacks but played no role in planning the events of that day. It is unclear whether or not the committee actually believes that last part.
