Rudy ‘s career is coming to an end. On Thursday, a New York appellate court ultimately ruled that Rudolph Giuliani in fact did violate almost every protocol and rule as a lawyer in the state of New York. As a result of his actions and his reported support for the (“Big Lie”) officials have suspended his law license indefinitely.
‘[W]e conclude that there is uncontroverted evidence that respondent communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump’s failed effort at reelection in 2020,’ the 33-page decision read.
Officials maintained in their ruling that he repeatedly threatened public discourse and the public’s interest by leading as a lawyer with his many lies.
