Today is shaping up to be a big day in America. At 3pm EST, Donald Trump is expected to declare a national emergency in response to the rise of the novel Coronavirus in the country. The move comes amid growing pressure the Trump administration to do more in its response — especially considering that America has largely failed in testing for said virus.
