Rapper Nelly was arrested over the weekend for reported sexual assault, although Putnam County police confirmed that Nelly was never actually charged with a crime and has since been released. It is unconfirmed as to who the actual woman was, but, it appears that the allegations may have entirely been a hoax.
Nelly is due in court later this month, where, the case is expected to be entirely dismissed.
