Pence denies that he’s running a shadow campaign for 2020

Despite reports in the New York Times,  Vice President Mike Pence,  claims that he is not running a reported shadow campaign for President of the United States in 2020.  The original report in the New York Times claimed that behind the scenes of al-a-Trump, Pence, has been organizing a grassroots-style shadow campaign without the knowledge or approval of Donald Trump.

Presidential adviser KellyAnne Conway apparently sped up the media rounds over the weekend citing that he would actually seek re-election but as Vice President of the United States. Meanwhile, other Republican heavyweights are apparently gearing up to steal the White House from Trump in 2020.

The original claim appeared in The New York Times.
