The defeat of ISIS is on the minds of everybody, but, if you ask the federal bureau of investigations — their defeat will bring new challenges in the war of terror.  Speaking to The New York Times,   James Carney claimed that a terrorism diaspora would occur if ISIS was fully defeated in Syria.

“It’ll bring new challenges to the safety of everyday Americans” Carney said to the Times.  Furthermore, at a Cyber Security conference in New York City, Secretary of State zjohn Kerry claimed that ISIS had been driven out of large portions of its territories in Syria and Iraq.
