Oops, she did it again. According to Straight from the A, Porsha Williams, best known as a cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta may be headed to jail. The gossip website notes that Jamie Zeigler, William’s former assistant, reportedly filed a request for a warrant for the arrest of William’s over a violent incident that occurred during the season 8 finale filming of the hit Bravo show.
How can Jamie file a request for a warrant to be issued?
In the state of Georgia, one can file to have one arrested for misdemeanor charges on there own. Instead of going the traditional route of law-enforcement arrest, a person can go through a judge and a judge will determine whether or not one should be arrested.
Per Straight from the A, sufficient evidence exists to have William’s arrested. If she cannot settle the case by 22 July, she will be detained.
