But that's only if Prince 's conniving sister Tyka doesn't stop the release with a suit claiming the record label responsible is after personal gain by releasing  6 new tracks. According to the record label responsible,  Deliverance, is set to hit Friday and (some songs are already available for download online). The 6 track EP/album will feature never-before-heard songs by the late pop legend, and, some of his unreleased tracks that he was preparing just before his death. Meanwhile, Apple wasted no time in releasing some of the songs already.

At least according to The Daily Mail. The Mail reports that months after the Purple Rain legends death, the battle over his estate, has raged on.  In its report, the paper claims that Prince's sister Tyka and his four half-siblings are "still fighting tooth and nail over the estate". In legal documents,  it appears that a judge has still not decided who will get the bulk of Prince's massive estate and his many homes.  Estate documents from the bank-appointed trust revealed that four of his Minnesota homes were recently sold amid the battle over his $300m estate. What hasn't been sold is Prince's  Paisley Park estate and his Turks and Caicos getaway a tropical home he secretly owned.  Under Minnesota law, all of  Prince 's siblings are entitled to an equal share of his estate however ...

Prince’s crazy sister Tyka Nelson speaks out: READ IT

After weeks of speculation and reported funeral plans, Tyka Nelson, has spoken out. According to a Facebook post from Nelson, no one "in the Nelson family has been at odds" since the death of Prince himself. “Hi Y’all, U know I only come on here when I have sumthin’ ta say,” she began the post. “So Let me make myself VERY CLEAR! I nor my brother’s remains will be present at any Memorial or Funeral services, until the families Memorial/Funeral Tribute.” “Please Don’t misunderstand,” she continued. “The grief process is a unique experience to each individual and Therefore I support any and all Memorials or Funerals that have happened and/or are being planned … However I will Not be in attendance, because I feel that once … is enough.” Via Facebook

Positively Identified: The Doctor under investigation in the death of Prince

LOS ANGELES -- A California doctor (as previously reported in The Daily News) is now under federal investigation as we reported late last month. The doctor, whom, we cannot identify as of this writing --  is along with his son under federal investigation after it has emerged that his child bought drugs for Prince. NOTE:  During the publication of this story, editors, were granted permission to name the doctor and his son involved in the investigation of Prince's death. Investigators confirmed that  Dr. Howard Kornfeld and son Andrew Kornfeld have been named in the investigation as it is believed that Andrew was on an overnight flight on 20 April with a buprenorphine drug.  Kornfeld claims he did not administer the drug.

The New York Times has gotten its hands on an interesting trove of information. In a new editorial published to its front-page,  the paper, revealed new details in Prince Roger Nelson's secret drug addiction -- so secret -- that nobody even in his closest crew knew of the problem. The New York Times alleges in its report that Prince had "secretly become addicted" to the painkillers he had been prescribed by his doctor "and never told anyone". "He was so private that he would often make his own appointments, and, drive himself around" essentially making it much easier for the singer to have kept the addiction a secret. "He was that kind of old school, the-show-must-go-on guy, so the idea of him medicating himself in order to perform isn’t strange to me," his former tour manager tells ...

MINNEAPOLIS -- According to the Star Tribune, perhaps, some interesting new news is out on the death of Prince Rogers Nelson. According to local news reports, Prince, was "due to discuss opiate addiction with an addiction specialist" the day that he had actually passed away. The new reports lend stark credibility to the original claims published in various news outlets and of that in The Daily News indicating that Prince died of an overdose.  Police refused to comment on  whether or not the reports had already been known by police, some of which, are under intense scrutiny to determine how exactly the pop legend died. Battle over Prince ‘s estate begins, court hearings kick off

MINNESOTA --  The battle over Prince Roger Nelson's estate has begun, and, it is ugly.   As of 9am this morning, Prince's  attitude-riddled sister Tyka and the rest of his siblings headed to a probate court in the city to determine the outcome of what  will happen next with Prince's $300m estate.  Sources close to the hearing say that Tyka hopes that she will be in entire control of the estate, because, "she was closest to Prince".   Although the stories appear to differ.  Prince's half-brother Alfred Jackson, who appears to be in the midst of a tizzy with Tyka "isn't all that thrilled over the ongoing battle".   Tyka recently filed legal documents claiming that Prince had "no legal will" therefore the estate in its  whole would go to herself and her half-siblings.  Jackson, is ...

Reports: DEA investigating Prince ‘s death after prescription drugs discovered

MINNESOTA -- According to reports, the Drug Enforcement Agency has reportedly gotten involved in the death of Prince Rogers Nelson.  Reports indicate that police and local sheriffs apparently discovered that Prince had prescription drugs on him, and in his home, leading up to his death. The discovery has apparently further prompted the DEA to get involved, amid, claims that the prescription drugs may be the cause of death that killed the legendary singer. In other news, Bremer Trust, a corporate trust company, is now the estate holder of Prince's Paisley Park estate.

Prince reportedly had money problems: Sources

Prince is all the talk this week, and,  sources are out Tuesday morning telling American gossip sites that leading up to the music legend's death ("he wasn't as wealthy as many thought"). Sources told American gossip website  TMZ that ("most believed he had a net worth of about $300m but that wasn't the case"), sources, er, vary on his net worth with others painting it at around $150m (which is still pretty hefty). TMZ notes that Prince often "over spent" and didn't have the correctly qualified team around him to help him manage his business affairs and what not. Furthermore, Prince "had no proper attorneys" to help him with his affairs, on top, of the fact that he largely refused to sell his music catalog. A look at Prince’s life as a devout Jehovah’s Witness

Prince was apparently a man of many secrets, from his health, to his religious beliefs -- some things were just never quite known to the public.    In a new Wall Street Journal piece,   the journal took a broad look at Prince's private life as a devout witness -- something he apparently took very seriously. In the congregation Prince, er, was formally known as Brother Prince Rogers Nelson -- a place at Kingdom Hall whereas he "acted like a normal person" and would often sing along with  church goers during his time there.  Members of the congregation were "alright" with his wearing of heels and unusual shirts, something, that made Prince "Prince". As if Donald Trump needed another reason to boost his ego. According to Buzzfeed, a song apparently about Trump from the 1990's has surfaced -- penned -- by none other than  the late music legend himself. In the song, which, er, conservatives are already OD'ing as a hat tip to Trump.. "Donald Trump (black version), maybe that’s what you need. A man that fulfills your every wish, your every dream. Donald Trump (black version), come on take a chance. A 1990s love affair, the real romance." However, it appears the song is actually a rewrite if Wall Street were black.
