Theater Review: The Rolling Stone

This play completely fucked me up. Chris Urch's The Rolling Stone is a play where once it begins picks up momentum and progressively rises the stakes. Metaphorically, it is as if the director took the playwright text, dropped it from a steep slope, and the stone(text) builds, and builds, and builds until we get to an ending where we don’t know if the damage done is to clear a path or continue on its rampage. I find that is what critics and viewers are missing this is not a start at point A arrive at point B type of play. There is still a whole people left today to either be the rolling stone or try to hide from being crushed. Congratulations to POSE for their 2019 Primetime Emmy Nomination

Live! Work! POSE! With about two months till the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards; POSE has been nominated for Outstanding Drama Series. This is huge news. Its incredible ensamble of mostly queer black/brown actors and writers and filmmakers and director. Special shoutout to the iconic Billy Porter in his portrayal of Pray Tell which had nab him his first Emmy nomination and being the first openly gay black man to be nominated. Op-Ed: Gay men need to stop demanding tops, become, versatile

Gay relationships are now more accepted than ever before in America,  which, brings the  moment  for discussion as to how they will survive -- as people continue to get into them. Particularly, gay male relationships.   Gay male relationships are probably some of the most complex (given that you know: top/bottom, preferences, etc).
