  1. In London this morning, Boris Johnson is continuing to face mass resignations from his own party members.

Plagued by misconduct gaffes for months the tide is turning against Prime Minister Boris Johnson. NPR reports that Johnson appears to have already filled two initial resignations when the leadership crisis first came to head. Many are suggesting that Johnson ‘s days may be numbered as he clings to power.

2. Sri Lanka is reportedly bankrupt

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has confirmed that the country of 22m people has gone bankrupt. In the midst of troubling negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) the country is struggling to put together a comprehensive review of its finances and debt. Residents continue to struggle to buy basic necessities like food; fuel, and medicine as an ongoing result of government mismanagement and failure in the country.

3. The 6th of January committee will be back on 12 July

The committee announced Tuesday evening that the 7th hearing in the investigation into the insurrection and terrorist attack against the United States will take place on 12 July. Committee officials remain investigating whether or not to charge Donald Trump for his role in the attacks and instigating them.

4. Shooting suspect Robert Crimo, 21, has been charged with 7 counts of first degree murder

In a case that is expected to play out even further Wednesday. The case against killer Robert Crimo who senselessly slaughtered 7 people from a rooftop in Highland Park Illinois continues. Yesterday he was charged with 7 counts of first degree murder though that may change if anyone else dies while in the hospital. It is understood at least 27 people have been hospitalized as a result of Crimo ‘s attack on the innocent community.

5. Music icon Carlos Santana faints on stage over reported heat stroke: Rep

Music great Carlos Santana abruptly fainted during a performance in Michigan last night and as it turns out suffered an accidental medical emergency. According to comments by his management team, the iconic performer suffered a heart stroke due to the severe weather currently plaguing the swathes of America.

He “over-taken by heat exhaustion and dehydration,” according to a statement by his management team posted on his official Facebook page. According to his Facebook page he was performing at the Pine Knob Music Theatre, an outdoor amphitheater in Clarkston, which is about 40 miles outside of Detroit.
