Liz Cheney has confirmed that the 6th of January committee has reached the point of determining whether to refer Donald J. Trump for criminal charges for his role in what led to the insurrection/terrorist attack on the United States Capitol by his supporters.
‘We’ll make a decision as a committee about it,’ Cheney said according to ABC News adding: ‘The Justice Department doesn’t have to wait for the committee to make a criminal referral.’
‘And there could be more than one criminal referral.’
