Live in a state preparing to ban Plan B and abortion? Read this

We’re probably going to get a ton of backlash for this because we typically do not wade into political conversations at any time. Though there are certain things we just cannot stand for and therefore have decided to speak up. Against the backdrop of reports that the Supreme Court in the United States is preparing to undo women’s rights (re: abortion) we are publishing a handy guide on how to get mail-order abortion pills; Plan B (affordable at that), and other various medical needs or options that our women readers may need.

Despite social media posts it does not appear that stats have began drafting bills that would limit Plan B (yet) although several GOP governors are understood to be in discussions to do so. Some are going as far as to claim that they will also out condoms. We have attached links for affordable places for the man in your life or person to snap up a box of condoms without breaking the bank.

We’d like to make it clear that while we firmly believe every child deserves a chance to enter the world (as screwed up as the world is) it is nobody’s choice but the woman’s involved to allow that to happen. Men cannot birth children no matter how you spin the narrative. It goes against almost every possible Democratic ideal to allow another person (especially a man) to dictate what happens between a woman’s legs. It is not and has *never* been okay.

  1. Despite common misconception Plan B is actually widely available online.

You don’t need to go to a pharmacy to get plan B. If you live in a state preparing to ban these or prevent them from being mailed to you this is an excuse to hit the road. Go see a girlfriend or some family that may live in a state where they can be mailed. Plan B is actively available on Amazon (there is no indication they intend to remove the products either.) Click here for more information.

2. If the Supreme Court does in fact reverse Roe v Wade it’ll only be on a state level (this means they’re handing it back to the states to decide.)

It in more ways than one appears to be virtually impossible for the right-leaning SCOTUS to even attempt a nationwide ban only because that would end in a national showdown between Democratic and Republican states vs the Supreme Court. It unlike any other trial before it would quite literally be the trial of the century. States like California and New York have made it abundantly clear that abortion will remain allowed in their states.

3. If you’re considering moving to a more open place (hence more available rights to you and your family)…

Click here for a full list of places (including outside of America) that actively do not engage in legislation that would otherwise bar a woman from making her own choices about her own body.

This guide over at US News will help you determine whether it might be time to move.

4. You can also affordably buy condoms online
