America is going in reverse in some cases and Idaho is joining those doing so. According to the Idaho Statesman, Idaho ‘s state leg is prepraing to pass a restrictive gender-affirming and anti-trans/LGBTQ bill that would effectively bar parents from making their own informed decisions along with their children. It’s worth noting that like the Statesman noted such is pretty rare in Idaho to begin with.
The state would join TX; Arkansas, and TN if it actually goes through. As NBC News notes, the bill would effectively make parents who allow their children to seek such procedures and and care liable for felony charges. Those felony charges would imminently land parents in jail for life without much recourse.
