Russia might be lying about pulling back its troops along Ukraine ‘s borders

NATO officials have come out today on the defense against claims that Russia is pulling back its gathering troops along Ukraine ‘s borders. According to NATO ‘s Sec General Mr. Stoltenberg he’d like the world know that is not actually happening and such probably should be considered propaganda at this time.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told US media outlets on Tuesday that “We have not seen any de-escalation on the ground. On the contrary, it appears that Russia continues its military buildup,” Stoltenberg said Wednesday, the day the Wall Street Journal also reported the same news.

The AP, however, notes that Russian officials released a video showing a trainload of weaponry and such being escorted away from their borders. Though it’s worth noting that nobody can actually confirm if the video itself is propaganda or not.
