Report: China may be planning to intervene and help Vladamir Putin avoid sanctions by loaning him cash and buying oil and Russian energy

As war continues to break out (and it’s probably only a matter of time before America gets involved) China is making its rounds in the mix. According to reports, growing fears are setting in across the political spectrum in numerous countries that China may be plotting to help Vladamir Putin. Putin and China have all but recently gathered a close knit friendship despite both leaders being autocratic despots hungry for war.

This would mean that Chinese banks themselves would be inserting themselves in what would also become sanctions towards them. European Union officials and the Americans have made it clear they intend to cut off Putin from the rest of the world, though, it is unclear how successful that may actually be.

As new developments come out of China we will be covering the Chinese-Russian angle of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
