To the shock of many (who apparently had no idea what Baby Blue looked like) Pretty Ricky member Baby Blue is going to prison. According to indictment documents against Blue, he was among those in which thought PPP loan scams were a good idea to the tune of nearly $20m.
Blue ‘s real name is Diamond Smith.
Investigators say that he falsified business documents like many others have before going to spend the proceeds on a lavish lifestyle. It is also understood that at least two fancy cars were also seized during his initial arrest which has shocked social media.
He will have to pay $1,111,345.23 in restitution and a $100 assessment fee. He must also pay $1.13m back to the government in forfeiture agreements.
