Jussie ‘s infamous hoax attack in Chicago is finally set to go on trial. According to published reports, Smollett ‘s trial began in Chicago on Monday after a 3 year delay in the process. Smollett stands accused of previously having lied about being attacked by two men who he had claimed were homophobic.
But it was all a lie. On Monday Smollett appeared in court in Chicago where he reportedly appeared nervous as he entered the courtroom this afternoon. Jury selection finally got underway Monday after a three year delay involving the entirety of the case.
At the time Smollett had actually secretly paid Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo $3,500 to help stage the fake MAGA attack he said occurred.
