In the coming weeks and months, US based Starbucks workers will see their pay raised universally to $15 h/r and average about $17 by the end of 2022. Some of the pay raises are set to begin before summer while those with tiered seniority will get percentage based increases in their pay.
In other Starbucks news, workers in multiple Bufflo-area stores are attempting to form unions to demand better conditions in the workplace.
