Inevitably it was bound to happen. And now scores of residents have to quickly move their homes amid reports that city officials have deemed the building entirely unsafe and folks must move out. The declaration comes at the head of allegations that previous owners of the condo failed to do any type of routine work on the building meanwhile taking millions in payoffs before abruptly having resigned.
Every resident of the building has been ordered evacuated even those who may be at work right now. If you turn up at home tonight at the opposite Champlain Towers — please follow the instructions of those from the Red Cross and such trying to save you and your families life.
