There’s juicy drama reportedly unfolding in Manhattan as iconic former child star and fashion designer Mary Kate-Olsen is seeking to reportedly divorce a Sarkozy.
According to saucy reports, Mary Kate-Olsen was denied an emergency motion this week to divorce Oliver Sarkozy, 50, her husband of several years. In documents filed, Olsen claimed that Sarkozy is kicking her out of their shared massive Manhattan apartment by Monday even in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Olsen then claimed in documents that their apartment lease was terminated without her consent. Because New York is under lockdown and only literal essential things are allowed in the court — both her attempt to reverse the lease-termination and her divorce proceedings were squashed. It remains unclear when any of the above would be lawfully allowed to be pursued again.
‘I am petrified that my husband is trying to deprive me of the home we have lived in and if he is successful, I will not only lose my home but I risk losing my personal property as well.’

Olsen maintains that Sarkozy has gone off the rails and that she fears her things and her life will be uprooted if he is allowed to throw her out. Most apartment rentals in New York City are on hold as the lockdown continues.
