Damon Dash has found himself in the midst of a credible $50m lawsuit alleging that he sexaully assaulted a number of women including his own business partner that he worked with for several years. According to Sandra Rose, a 2nd woman came forth on Monday revealing lurid details about Damon ‘s alleged vicious behavior.
The website notes that a woman identified in a notorized letter as T. Harper claims that the assault took place more than 20 years ago. That assault allegedly occurred at the penthouse owned by Dash in New Jersey at t he time. The letter appears to suggest that the woman may have been a freshmen in college at the time in New York, and, had met Dash at a popular eatery in the city.
“For a split second, I thought about taking a champagne bottle and cracking him in the head with it,” Harper wrote. “But then I thought, I would get arrested and no one would believe my story, so I didn’t split his skull, but I wanted to hurt him the way he had hurt me.”
