According to Deadline, actor Chris Pine is set to play historic newsman Walter Cronkite in an upcoming JFK docu-movie drama. The site notes that the movie is called Newsflash, and will take place on 22 November 1963.
Looks like Mark Ruffalo is also on the project as Don Hewit, the news producer who helped produce the news that JFK had been assassinated.
