In the latest of a long line of Prince Andrew-esque scandals that have rocked Buckingham Palace, this one by far takes the cake. In recent days, Prince Andrew ‘s ties to the late child predator are under heavy scrutiny — so much so that the palace has finally released a statement regarding the matter.
Despite the statement being riddled with numerous obvious elements of bullshit, Prince Andrew has flat out denied any knowledge of the fact that Epstein had been diddling little girls the entire time during their year(s) long friendship.
“At no stage during the limited time I spent with him did I see, witness or suspect any behaviour of the sort that subsequently led to his arrest and conviction,” he said.
“I deplore the exploitation of any human being,” Prince Andrew said in his statement Saturday, “and would not condone, participate in, or encourage any such behavior.”
