Robert Mueller Speaks In Press Conference

The Special Counsel to the Russian Investigation is no more. Robert Mueller is speaking (as we write this) before the Department of Justice. Mueller has confirmed a number of tid-bits that probably won’t sit well with some people.

1. Barr did indeed know of the statement in advance

CNN reports that AG Barr not only knew of the statement and presser in advance, but, he also knew of the contents of the statement. In Mueller ‘s own words — “written work speaks for itself”.

2. Robert Mueller has announced that the Office of the Special Counsel is shutting down.

According to Mueller, he is imminently going to return to “private life” now that the investigation is complete. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi… Did not get a heads up about the statement according to aides for her office.

Says that if they had a belief that Trump did not commit a crime — they would have explicitly said so.
