Why is CBD Everywhere?

Cannabidiol or CBD is an extract of the marijuana plant. CBD is now available in dog treats, bath bombs, and even pharmaceuticals. Users say that it can cure almost any type of illness from muscle aches to epilepsy. Further, researchers project that CBD businesses will be worth over $5.7bn by the year 2020. However, not all American states have accepted its public use thus dividing the country. Some compare CBD to Bitcoin in 2016. Everybody is talking about it, it is everywhere, but almost nobody understands its complexity.

Since you can now find CBD in almost everything, it is hard to ignore the rate at which it has transformed from the Burning Man margins to the cultural center. Two years ago, it was normal to be unaware of CBD. Currently, it seems like everybody has suddenly discovered marijuana. However, not everyone will tell you the meaning of CBD. Unlike other marijuana products such as tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD does not make you stoned. Users say that they get a “body” high and not a mind-altering high. Unlike pot, CBD gives you a balancing and soothing feeling, and your mind becomes attentive.

Such testimonies make CBD sound like an excellent cure for any psychological illness. Most people consider CBD as a fad. However, followers of this fad are not limited to millennials. Even the old generation is now using CBD to cure diseases. However, people are not marketing CBD as a recreational drug. Most marketers say that the product can counteract the effects of alcohol and THC. Manufacturers are also trying to integrate CBD into a drink that prevents hangovers and protects against cirrhosis.

Due to the hype that CBD oil has received, some people consider it to be the 21st-century version of the snake oil. The product is famous, but there is no substance. However, scientists are still researching its ability to heal insomnia. Users say that you can also use CBD as a detox to sober up from addictive substances. These reports have been used to market CBD, and many addicts seem convinced. When added to foods such as shrimp toast, CBD can act as a social lubricant just like wine. However, users will not wake up with a hangover. For this reason, people will opt to use the product especially if they have to work the following day.

Among beauticians, CBD oil is slowly replacing shampoos, hair conditioners; blemish creams, and sleeping masks.  Most beauticians have stocked their shelves with CBD products, and they claim that more customers are looking for CBD treatments. Women have also turned to CBD as an alternative health regimen. For a long time, the medical industry has dehumanized women. Compared to men, women have been waiting for more extended hours to receive treatment. These concerns have fueled the CBD movement. In a period where you cannot trust traditional institutions such as the government, CBD has flourished. Many users say that CBD is new and untarnished by the mainstream.

Despite all these reasons, the public needs facts to continue using CBD products.
