DENVER, COLORADO — Police still haven’t found missing woman Mrs Bereth, and now, an arrest has reportedly been made. Originally local woman Kelsey Berreth disappeared earlier this month, uh, sparking concerns that she had been the victim of foul play.
Fast forward a few weeks, and now, police appear to have made a major development in the case. Per Colorado police, Berreth ‘s husband Patrick Frazee has been arrested on murder charges, and, solicitation of murder charges — both of which have the potential of life in prison .
The Run-down:
ABC NEWS reports that authorities have not filed formal charges against Frazee yet. Charges are, however, reportedly expected to be filed within the next 10 days. Authorities also believe that he may have had help in Berreth ‘s grisly murder and disappearance. As of this writing, uh, no body has been found.
The Denver Post subsequently reports that Frazee is also looking at a solicitation charge. In understanding terms, that, simply means that police believe he contacted someone about the murder and “asked more than your basic questions about it”.
