Bad news for Halloween goers this year in the U.K. According to weather reports, Hurricane Oscar and its aftermath have already begun barreling down on most parts of the Kingdom. Weather reports show that Oscar had been aiming for the U.K since at least Sunday.
The weather report also shows that potential snow may be on the horizon for millions. The Met Office has released further information about the weather warning.
