Bad news for Amber Heard, at least, according to Amber Heard. According to Heard, the actress is set to stand trial for apparently illegally bringing her Yorkshire terriers into Australia last year. The charge? Reportedly comes with a hefty 10 years in jail.

“I respect the importance of Australia’s laws,” the actress said in a statement. “My decision to defend these charges, as will become apparent in the appropriate forum of the court, is not intended to in any way diminish the importance of Australia’s laws. I look forward to attending the hearing of these matters.”
