Turnbull out, uh, Morrison in. Exit polls and votes were decided as the weekend kicked off, and, it brought yet another new Prime Minister for Australia (which has probably some of the craziest politics in the world). Australia in itself, perhaps, has struggled to keep a leader capable of staying in politics and compromising with the ruling party for at least a decade.
According to the Guardian, Malcolm Turnbull confirmed in a press conference that he will not actually stay in government — which means that the ruling party’s single-seat majority has been eliminated. With that, uh, the ruling party may soon find itself in the midst of an election nobody actually wants.
