Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton seize party leads for presidential nominations: Report

Clinton546The 2016 U.S Presidential  Elections are pretty much coming to a minor close now, and er, it appears that Donald Trump is preparing to potentially face off with Hillary Clinton in  what will likely be one of the most watched elections in recorded American history.  Just days after Clinton swept the Nevada caucuses, and Trump  managed to swing South Carolina, Jeb Bush dropped entirely out of the race.

Essentially, opening the door for a Trump vs Clinton showdown as the elections continue in America.  The upcoming challenge(s) for both candidates suffice solely around their ability to  swindle delegates in further upcoming state contests.  From this point, delegates are the most important de-facto part of any one presidential campaign — because they’re how a candidate will secure the nomination for their party.

Meanwhile, some voters in America are asking themselves if Clinton is “In it for the people” or simply for herself. In interviews 0n CNN’s State of the Union, Clinton responded to the growing questions surrounding the Clinton legacy.

“I understand voters have questions. I’m going to do my vert best to answer those questions. I think there’s an underlying question that maybe is really in the back of people’s minds, and that is, you know, ‘Is she in it for us, or is she in it for herself?’” Mrs. Clinton said. “I think that’s a question people are trying to sort through. I’m going to demonstrate that I’ve always been the same person, fighting for the same values … long before I was ever in elected office, even before my husband was in the presidency.

“So, I know I have to make my case, I have to demonstrate what I’ve achieved. I have to really make clear that we want to make progress in our country. We want to make a real difference in people’s lives. That’s what I’ve always been about, that’s what I would do as president.”
