According to a brief filed Friday, the administration has sought to ask the Supreme Court to green light a policy that would allow private companies to drop employees for simply being gay. In fact -- this is so far against the law that any attempt by the Trump Administration to actually green light this policy would be one of the gravest violations of the law America has ever seen. Trump signs executive order permitting lawful discrimination against gay people

Donald Trump has officially legalized religious discrimination on grounds that "America was built on religion". On Thursday, Trump, signed the bill in the Rose Garden of the White House surrounded by some of America's most ultra conservative and wealthiest people. The bill also removes the provision of a little known law that prevents meddling by churches and the like in political movements or any sort of elections. They, uh, are now permitted to meddle as much as they like. The bill also gives  room for those hoping to ditch the requirement that big time employers and the like pay for contraception.  For example, group...

Known as the Safe  Workplaces and Fair Pay executive order (the one that Obama signed)  Trump rolled it back this week signaling free-reign for federal  contractors to discriminate against LGBTQ contractors.  The move, as you guessed it, has drawn much ire over the fact that the law has been in place since at least 2014. Trump previously claimed that such wouldn't happen. “President Trump continues to be respectful and supportive of LGBTQ rights,” the statement read. The New York Times’ Jeremy Peters fell over himself to praise the statement for using “stronger language than any Republic...
