Bad news for Georgia. According to producers; directors, and literally the stars of at least one Kristin Wiig movie and an Amazon show -- their projects will not in any way financially benefit the state. The film we're talking about is Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar, which actually stars Wiig and her lady friends themselves. The Amazon show, however, is titled The Power and is an adaptation of Naomi Aldermans' book. Producers for both projects have told multiple outlets that production has ceased and that new locations will be found in the coming weeks. The fallout appears to be solely credited to the idea that with Georgia's new abortion bill -- the government is entering bedrooms once again.
