Report: 2,000 children taken from parents in six weeks under Trump ‘s regime

New figures in a confidential report from the Department of Homeland Security paint a grim picture for children torn apart from their parents. According to the report, obtained by the  Associated Press, some 2k children have been separated from their parents in the six-weeks since the terrifying crackdown on immigration. Per the report 1,995 minors were separated from 1,940 adults between 19 April and 31 May 2018.   The children cannot be charged with crimes, but their parents can. Therefore,  they are torn apart from the only families they have ever known in what was supposed to be a conquest for the freedom their families had never had. The new crackdown is largely at the footsteps of  Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who, announced the new immigration policies in  April.  When they...

Reports: Jeff Sessions to resign as Attorney General of the United States

Jeff Sessions may soon not have a job, at least, as attorney general. According to several sources (The New York Times; The Washington Post, and more)   Sessions has threatened to resign from office  if Rod Rosenstein is indeed fired by Donald Trump.    For weeks, the White House  has been plagued by reports that Trump is swiftly moving to remove Rosenstein over his involvement in the Russian investigation. Sessions "has been concerned for months" about the way Donald Trump treats Rosenstein, someone, who was overwhelmingly confirmed by the Senate last year with bipartisan support.    Meanwhile, Trump is otherwise wrangling with news of an apparent scam perpetrated by Trump himself in the 1980's. On Saturday, the New York Times unleashed an audio tape  released by another reporte...

DOJ serves web host with warrant for info on 1.3m website visitors to anti Trump website

Overreaching even by government standards.  According to a warrant obtained by multiple news outlets,  The White House and the DOJ, have ordered a warrant be served to  Dream Host web hosting services over DisruptJ20.com.  That website was a popular anti-Trump website that was hot during his inauguration in January.  While controversial, the website is and has been entirely legal under the U.S Constitution and the right to free speech in the United States. Dreamhost says that the warrant is "unconstitutional" and that they intend to fight it. Apparently the DOJ actually served the warrant several months ago, but, tried to hide it by demanding that the web hosting company actually conceal the fact that they had been served. Meanwhile,  a careful review of the website shows that nothin...

In bed with Trump, Jeff Sessions threatens to amp up fight against leaks

Threatening his  job, Donald Trump, has been on the outs against Jeff Sessions all week. In multiple attacks,  Trump, has said that he regrets hiring Sessions;  faults Sessions for his own  dismissal from the Russian investigation, and feels that Sessions isn't hard enough against "the bad guys" and the "fake news" media. According to reports,  Session's was at a meeting Wednesday at the WH that Trump wasn't actually scheduled to attend.    Session's apparently hopes that his "upcoming" announcement on the string of intelligence leaks will align himself with President Trump 's fear-mongering tactics against anyone who dare go against the imperial leader.

Jeff Sessions has resigned as US Attorney General

At least that is if Donald Trump allows it. According to numerous reports out today, Sessions, indeed is attempting to resign from his post as top cop in wake of emboldening scandals surrounding Trump.  Reports indicate that Sessions' problems first began after he decided to recuse himself from the Russian investigation, something, that deeply angered the President of the United States.   Trump, per additional reports, has "denied the request to step down because he views Sessions as a valuable asset to the United States". Meanwhile, Trump is hours away from being drug threw the mud in an anticipated testimony by James Comey. Comey has already allegedly told several associates that "He didn't want to be alone with Trump" it "was like he feared for his life".

Jeff Sessions is coming after drug offenders in America tougher than ever before

By overturning Obama era-guidelines that sort of loosened sentencing on offenders who didn't have past criminal histories or were part of known gangs.  According to a two page memo posted online from the Department of Justice,  Sessions' claims that the "rise in violent crime and rise in use of powerful drugs is because of the lax laws in place by President Obama'. The memo keeps its promise to undermine almost any Obama era law and maintain Donald Trump 's promise to "restore law and order" in the United States.   Meanwhile,  advocates for criminal justice reform aren't too thrilled at the news, as, many expect this to nearly triple the number of prisoners in federal prisons. Per Sessions, prosecutors and the like can allow exceptions to the new sweeping orders in instances where ca...

US AG Jeff Sessions rolling back police reforms brought on by Obama

The wacky attorney general Jeff Sessions has struck again. According to memos from the Justice Department, AG Sessions has reportedly ordered that all police reforms including those in Ferguson and Baltimore be "taken out" because they don't align with the thoughts of the Trump administration. In the memos,  Sessions, allegedly claimed  that "the actions of a few bad police officers shouldn't impose issues on all police officers". As some experts noted to The Washington Post  the move has been described as "terrifying" as it is a clear indication that the DOJ doesn't care that a police department may or may not be abusing its power.

America is finally waking up to the threat of Jeff Sessions, because, its real

WASHINGTON -- The two day confirmation hearing of Jeff Sessions has officially come to a close, with, apparently  a yet to be announced decision.   During the second day of hearings, the first of an ever kind actually occurred during the hearing: another senator testifying against a senator.  Senator Corey Booker took to the stand to rally against Sessions citing that "he couldn't not do it". He's correct.   With Sessions' immoral and racist past (as he was found to have such more than 20 years ago)  Sessions makes no fit for American politics let alone the position as top-cop.   Booker made it known that he was seriously concerned that Session's would "ignore the rights of all Americans; LGBT individuals, and those most important" even further "not securing the rights of immigrants to ...

Here’s all you need to know from Jeff Sessions’ confirmation hearing

And his very words are blindly staring him in the face as he lied boldly on the stand on Capitol Hill, said everyone.  In the hearing,  Sessions, was forced to discuss everything from Muslims; racism, and immigration.   The issue?  None of which what was said during the hearing actually align with Sessions' own previous actions and words. In 1986,  Session was barred on a federal level after allegations of racism surfaced that later found him unfit to serve in the position he had then sought. His response during the hearing?  He called the allegations of racism "damnably false charges.""the caricature of me in 1986 was not correct," he said. "I do not harbor the kind of animosity and race-based discrimination ideas that I was accused of. I did not." On Muslim Immigration: I have no b...
