Kanye West has been dropped from Tidal

Amid renewed speculation that Jay-Z and Kanye West are secretly beefing pretty bad,  The Daily News, has learned that  Kanye West has been dropped from Tidal.   According to insiders,   West, 40,  decided to end his relationship with Tidal amid a financial dispute gone awry. Insiders say that West apparently claims that he is owed upwards of $3m in royalties and "bonus checks" from Tidal following last year's release of The Life With Pablo.   Additional insiders say that Jay-Z refused the claim citing that West just wasn't living up to the hype that they expected. Sources at Tidal themselves say that "West was actually let go amid the dispute after that song released. It wasn't necessarily because of a dispute over finances (although that's a big reason!), it was mainly because they'...

The 15th Transgender Murder in 2017 has occurred

Days after the murder of Ava Barrin, the 15th transgender murder in 2017 has been recorded.  Lynchburg Virginia police confirmed to The Daily News that Ebony Morgan was murdered on Sunday.  According to police,  Morgan, was allegedly shot multiple times. She died before she ever made it to the hospital.   Police are reportedly treating the death as an apparent homicide per officials.  A formal autopsy and investigation is underway. “I’m sure all that is being looked at,” Lynchburg Police Sgt. Bryan Williams told the News & Advance Sunday night. “At this point I don’t know if there’s any indication one way or another.” The Daily News has confirmed that this is actually being investigated as a hate crime.

Sorry Florida: Your updated Stand Your Ground law is against the law

MIAMI --  Interesting news in Florida this evening.   A judge in Miami has reportedly shot down the state's updated Stand Your Ground law.  According to the judge,  the state legislature (which altered a key component of the law)   did so without the actual acknowledgement of any other court, particularly, the state's Supreme Court. The new law "requires prosecutors to disprove a defendant's claim of self-defense at a pre-trial hearing".  This particular change would allow judges to throw out charges against a defendant before anything ever went to trial. That now changed component has sparked much debate, considering, the same judge ruled that such "cannot be legislatively modified" under the state's constitution.  Instead, it should have been done on a Supreme Court level. The ...

The UK is denying a terminally ill baby a chance at real help

And it's infuriating.  According to health authorities,  a local baby doesn't have the legal right to travel to the United States for help and treatment that could potentially change his life forever.   The Daily News has confirmed that that baby, has, been identified as  Charlie Gard. Apparently health authorities and the home office are "convinced that treatment in the United States would be absolutely worthless and do nothing other than complicate his condition even further".  Although, his parents seem to think otherwise.    Gard, reportedly has a rare medical condition that  results in him reliant on breathing machines and the like in order to properly breathe. Meanwhile, United States President Donald Trump has chimed in on the matter offering to assist the family of Gard by co...

This Means War: Perpetually clueless Sarah Huckabee Sanders defends Trump again

One might wonder if being perpetually clueless is definitely a thing, or, simply a thing in the White House itself.   Huckabee-Sanders was on the evening talk-show circuit Thursday and Friday to discuss  President Trump 's attack on two particular MSNBC hosts.  Those hosts,  Mika Brzezinski and hubby Joe,  became the victims of Trump 's wrath after he unleashed the beast on Twitter. So how'd it start? The apparent feud started after Trump claimed that Mika and her husband were "Low I.Q fake news reporters" of the "Fake News Media".  You know, Trump 's general mantra against anything that doesn't have this Pro-Trump stench to it. So, here's what we know (we'll get into Huckabee in a minute).   Trump apparently launched one of his usual  attacks on the twosome after they started to dig...

Where Dana from The Blaze got it wrong with that NRA ad

If you haven't been living under a rock,  The Blaze, home of all things conservative is back at it again. One of their most popular hosts,  Dana L,  is at the center of a supposed controversy over a "new" ad that not-so-conservative liberals are apparently equally upset over.    The issue, we'll start with, is the fact that the ad isn't exactly new: it has actually been out since about 7 April. Let's begin.   The ad, features Dana,  talking about the "left's view on violence in America".  Now, whether or not this may be true, could be an entire debate in itself.   While Dana did make a valid point that violence is never the answer, suggesting, that conservatives must fight back ("is no better than those that are burning buildings and causing havoc in itself"). An interesting fete of ...

Donald Trump to meet Vladamir Putin next week in Germany

And that comes amid still renewed discussions of Russia's alleged collusion in the 2016 Presidential Elections. According to Trump official  HR McMaster apparently was quoted Thursday as confirming that Trump would be meeting Vladamir Putin "(for the first time)" at the G-20 summit next month in Germany. Officials say that there is no particularly set agenda for the meeting, although, Trump has requested a "list of deliverables" that can be given to Putin during the meeting.   Those deliverables, perhaps,  are "among the forgiving type, something, that Trump hopes will trigger Russia to behave better". In other news, Trump and Russia for some time have been at odds.  The two country's have reportedly been at odds over  health;  healthcare, and the current politically climate. &nbs...

Here’s why we changed our look after more than a decade

For the first time in nearly a decade, we've changed our entire look and not just the theme.   We've decided that after nearly a decade of the relatively same look, we're out for something new. The change comes on the heels of Sultan Khan announcing that The Daily News will now include transgender; and gay friendly news and columns from trans advocates. The change comes in part within the death of Ava Barrin. A young lady who has now been seen around the world in various publications and newspapers thanks to Sultan 's obituary.  This is just the beginning of becoming a driving mechanism in the discussion about trans-acceptance and love. Our new unit, which launches Monday, can be contacted at: Lgbt@bazaardaily.co.uk.  This unit is open 24 hours  a day, and can also be reached by iMes...
