Bad news for Amber Heard, at least, according to Amber Heard. According to Heard, the actress is set to stand trial for apparently illegally bringing her Yorkshire terriers into Australia last year. The charge? Reportedly comes with a hefty 10 years in jail. "I respect the importance of Australia’s laws," the actress said in a statement. "My decision to defend these charges, as will become apparent in the appropriate forum of the court, is not intended to in any way diminish the importance of Australia’s laws. I look forward to attending the hearing of these matters."

After a bitter and nasty three month divorce battle, Johnny Depp is a free man. According to documents picked up by Daily News America, Johnny Depp and estranged wifey Amber Heard have finalized their divorce for good.   Docs show that Depp reportedly agreed to pay Heard $7m in their divorce settlement, if and when, she walk away forever. A statement from the former couple.. Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love... "There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm." The statement, obtained by TMZ, also reads: "Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains." It concludes, "Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity."

Looks like that whole gag about Heard's relationship with Tasya Van Ree  during her marriage to actor Johnny Depp, er, might have been nothing but a badly written script.  In pictures obtained by The Daily News,  Heard, spent the afternoon at Republique in Los Angeles with you guessed it: Tasya Van Ree. Just weeks ago, Heard, had claimed in divorce documents that her relationship with her ex ("Ree") was partially some of the stuff that ignited Depp's fury against her which later resulted in the alleged assault. Heard's rep declined to comment.

LOS ANGELES -- In response to a major smear campaign online against Amber Heard, lawyers for the actress, have come forth with what they detail as even more evidence supporting the domestic violence allegations against ex-hubby Johnny Depp. According to The Washington Post,  Heard's lawyers issued the scathing statement response after social media appeared to be on the fence against Amber Heard's claims citing her as nothing more than being on a "payout conquest" seeking a large financial payday for divorcing Johnny Depp.   Heard, and her respective lawyers, have since denied the allegations entirely. In a new statement to TheWrap.com,  Amber Heard, ex-wifey of Johnny Depp -- has come out swinging against allegations that she is blackmailing the Pirates of the Caribbean star.  According to the statement released to TheWrap.com, Heard, "has done no such thing". The “allegations against Ms. Heard are absolutely and unequivocally false,” said Peter Sample, a lawyer for Heard. The letter said that the claim of blackmail by Depp’s friend Doug Stanhope “has no basis in reality and is nothing but the typical celebrity muckraking for profit.” The statement comes after Heard has come under scrutiny after images of Heard surfaced online less than 24 hours after the alleged attack with no bruises in sight.

Just a day after Amber Heard alleges Johnny Depp beat her, attacked her with an iPhone (among other things), she decided that it was time to go out and party.  According to a photo picked up by numerous outlets including TMZ, Heard, was pictured with her friends less than 24 hours after the infamous and ("questionable")  events that took place on Saturday night.

And in numerous documents at that. Friday, Heard and Depp appeared at Los Angeles's Superior Court whereas they were ready to square off amid divorce proceedings filed by Heard. In her proceedings, Heard claimed that she "suffered months of strife" from Depp "who assaulted her Saturday night with an iPhone after a rampage at their residence". Depp's rep denied the allegations of assault citing "severe fabrications" from Heard.  Earlier this month, Depp, arrived in Paris for a visit with his daughter Lilly-Rose whereas it is believed he warned her about his divorce from Heard. The photo, pictured to the left,  was seen Friday during hearings over the alleged domestic violence at the hands of Depp.

Shocking documents surface in Heard-Depp divorce

LOS ANGELES -- In court Friday, Amber Heard, showed up before a judge with a battered and bruised face --  indicating that she had been beaten by husband Johnny Depp.  Now, per reports and court documents,  Heard, has sought a restraining order against Depp. In documents, Heard noted that the Saturday before her divorce filings -- she was on the phone with a friend that evening.   During that phone call, Depp "went on a rampage before assailing Heard, and chucking his iPhone at her face".    Heard, reportedly has video of the beating. Depp left their residence before police arrived Saturday night, although, Heard declined to have Depp arrested that night and instead filed for divorce. Johnny Depp's rep refused to comment on the matter.
