According to one particularly blunt website for wealthy families, an Upper Class New York family is seeking a live-in couple to pretty much man their massive townhouse in the city. The website, ehum, says that the couple is willing to pay upwards of $150,000 a year to the couple who ends up getting the job.
So, what’s the catch? Let’s break it down. According to the website, the secondary home is about 30,000 sq feet big. Those that get the job, ehum, would pretty much double as the maid; the driver, the gateekeeper(s) of the home, and more. Those that get the job, ehum, would also get their own private room and bathroom inside the residence.
