Experts confirm multiple reports that initially cited source of coronavirus

Experts in Wuhan have confirmed what we’ve already reported at least three times; twice through sources, and once officially on suspicion from another reporter. Those reports initially (see here) reported that the virus came from the Huanan Market in Wuhan which was and had been caught illegally selling and trading exotic animals and their meat.

Now CDC officials (that’s the Chinese CDC) have confirmed to News AU that the virus did indeed come from the Huanan Market and their tainted/exotic meat.

Meanwhile, new numbers in the race to contain the virus are out. According to multiple Chinese news outlets, at least 81 have died and more than 2,700 have been infected within China itself.
