ISIS’s failed plot against America explained: Deep Dive

Looks like a major terror plot was foiled at the US Border [and it also appears that the federal government wasn’t aware].

While his story remains to be fully confirmed — an ISIS recruit was caught on tape last month in an interrogation revealing damning details. Details that allegedly included a plot to overthrow the U.S Economy by way of transporting English-speaking terrorists through the border.

He was allegedly first recruited into ISIS in 2016 by their intelligence firm emni.

The revelations have sent shockwaves through Washington — mostly because the Trump Administration is so far concerned about immigrants that they missed the signs of what would’ve been a grave terrorist attack.

“They were going to move me to the Mexican side [of the U.S. southern border] via Puerto Rico. This was mastermind[ed] by a guy in America. Where he is, I do not know,” Henricki admitted to the International Center for the Study of Violent Extremism. “That information, the plan came from someone from the New Jersey state from America. I was going to take a boat [from Puerto Rico] into Mexico. He was going to smuggle me in.

The statement in which you read above was taken directly from reported interview transcripts that took place after Henricki was captured during a failed smuggling attempt into Mexico.

Henricki said in the interview published by Homeland Security Today.

“They have their system of doing it,” the dual Canadian-Trinidadian citizen added. “It wasn’t me alone. They were sending you to Puerto Rico and from Puerto Rico [to Mexico].”
