College dropout Elizabeth Holmes is probably one of the most hated women in America as we speak. But the judge presiding over her case has apparently reduced some of those charges, leaving potential room for Holmes to possibly regain much of her lost reputation.

According to what we’ve learned, the judge ruled in the case that technically people weren’t financially duped out of money by Holmes because their insurance providers paid for testing and such — not patients directly.

The judge, District Judge Edward Davila, said Tuesday that most of the 11 charges against her would reportedly be dropped. According to the WSJ, the wire fraud charge would remain in tact.

She is expected to see her trial begin in July.
