Looks like Tanisha Foster may be in for a lengthy court battle. According to multiple reports, Foster skipped out on her mandated DUI classes which ended in one of many probation violations.
She apparently skipped out on her 15 May meeting.
Foster has been ordered to re enroll in class and attend a Mothers Against Drunk Driving group session. A probation hearing has been set for July, whereas, such could mean that Foster may never see her daughter again.
