Tories support dips to just 9 point lead, as Labour offers massive freebies to voters

It’s election update time in the U.K. As Tories and Labour leaders face off heading into the general election this month — support for both parties has equally wavered in parts and others has soared. Labour leaders are slowly rising — currently at 33% support while Tories have a rough 9 point lead according to a survation poll.

Labour managed to gain some support and steal from longtime Tories from their party after unveiling their manifesto. That manifesto claims that the Labour party will scrap tuition fees; nationalise a number of important things (like the rail industry), and increase the public purse by £83 billion.
