Iran and North Korea are allegedly teaming up making deadly weapons: UN Report

Two unlikely allies are allegedly teaming up together to build deadly nuclear weapons that have now caught the attention of the United Nations. According to a confidential UN report, much of the financial mean(s) used for the wild operation have been stolen from multiple sources and means. One part of the report, per the AP, puts that sum at nearly $316m or more.

Bloomberg puts part of the deal(s) through the means of production; assets, and the gathering of critical parts. It is unclear how the two countries are transferring the parts between each other considering North Korea is notoriously closed off from the world.
