According to White House economic advisor Kevin Hassett — Americans will get another stimulus check (not a matter of if but rather when at this point.). Hassett made the comments Monday amid stark realisations in America that the unemployment rate will continue to skyrocket.

“I think there is a strong likelihood we will need another bill,” Mnuchin said on Monday according to CNN. “We’re going to step back for a few weeks and think very carefully if we need to spend more money and how we’re going to do that.”
Washington is expected to reconvene in the coming days to discuss further legislation to help struggling Americans.
