Bernie Sanders has ended his Presidential campaign

It’s an extraordinary end to a candidate who wildly thought it was his time; helped transform Democratic policies, and largely wanted to bring America a better system that typically would’ve worked for all. But on Wednesday, Sanders reportedly notified campaign staffers that he would be dropping out of what was once a breakneck race for the Democratic nomination.

Perhaps it was his socialistic idealisms that pushed him to the top, but the Vermont Senator couldn’t quite maintain that almost universal support during things like Super Tuesday — where more moderate voters began their consolidation around Joe Biden.

Sanders successfully managed to, however, push young and moderate Latino voters into his supporter base (a caveat that didn’t exist in 2016.) Despite losing to Joe Biden, Sanders indeed has an affinity for the longtime career politician.
