PEARL HARBOR, HAWAII — Big news in Hawaii this evening as locale officials have confirmed that police are actively responding to reports of an active shooter from inside the Pearl Harbor Navy/military base. The situation unfolded around 2:30 pm locale time today and has since resulted in numerous civilians suffering serious injuries.
The shooter, per officials, has been apprehended as of this writing although an investigation remains underway. Entries in and out of the naval base have been closed until further notice.
