Manhattan DA in possession of Trump ‘s tax returns setting up showdown of the century

Manhattan 's DA Cyrus Vance now has the documents that almost everybody wants to see. Earlier this week the Supreme Court ultimately ruled that on a state level New York can access Trump 's returns to determine if he committed crimes within their boundaries. Unfortunately for many under reported grand jury rules the public will never see the returns as they are considered sealed by law. The documents were handed over just a few hours after the ruling by Mazars USA -- Trump 's longtime and preferred accountancy service. Vance can now investigate whether or not Trump; his family, and his namesake organisation participated in various forms of fraud. From the looks of things, it sounds like Vance is mostly focused on the Trump Organization (long considered the golden parachute of ...

SCOTUS hands NYC a win, DA can access Trump ‘s tax records in major blow to ex-President

In a new blow to private citizen Donald Trump, his actions and potential criminal prosecutions aren't over yet. On Monday, the SCOTUS ruled that New York City prosecutors can access Trump 's tax returns by way of Mazars USA. The ruling means that Trump must now comply with a previous lower court ruling and hand over at least 8 years of said returns. The prosecutions are coming from the efforts by Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance to determine whether or not Trump has committed crimes on a state level. Of course in typical Trump fashion, the investigation's continuation even after he left office has been called a witch hunt. The investigation into Trump 's taxes; business formations, and whether or not he inflated his value to get loans remains a focal point of interest for New York C...

QAnon followers now say Trump betrayed them as many are preparing to stand trial for federal charges

QAnon the bizarre far-right conspiracy theory movement plaguing much of common-sense America has recently found itself front-and-centre. When the Capitol Riots took place, the QAnon movement was front-and-centre as many had claimed the reason for the riot was in fact to overthrow the so-called cabal they claim runs America. Those very same people are now struggling to wiggle their way out of trials and federal charges that have the potential to put some of them behind bars for as little as a few years and some for decades. Enter: Jacob Chansley, 33, the unemployed Trump supporter who calls himself the QAnon Shaman. According to reports, Chansley (whom is in jail without bail) is now claiming that Donald Trump betrayed the far-right movement by not remaining in office even a...

Republicans are warming up to the idea of martial law, you should be very afraid of that

Because martial law is something that is usually seen in third world countries seeking to become a dictatorship. Earlier this week, convicted liar Michael Flynn was released from prison after having been sprung via a pardon -- but wasted no time in his bizarre demands. In a series of demands, he suggested to Donald Trump that he suspend the constitution and declare martial law over the United States of America. Such an unprecedented move would almost immediately cause nationwide hysteria considering something of the such has never really happened in the United States before. But now, a top Pentagon nominee appears to also be warming up to the idea of martial law -- simply in an effort to try and overturn the victory of Joe Biden in the election. https://twitter.com/CNNPolitic...

Report: Taliban soldiers were paid to kill U.S Army troops in Afghanistan

TALIBAN: The Taliban are a set of terrorist groups and their members that carry out such attacks across the world. It is usually pretty difficult to determine who exactly are members of the group. It is said that bounties were discovered after a raid on one of their compounds found American money earlier this year. A damning new report out amid allegations that Donald Trump failed to address Russian-bounty claims is here. According to reports, John Bolton actually addressed this matter to Donald Trump late last year after he himself was briefed. First came Bolton; then Trump, then the CIA, then other foreign governments. The New York Times reported today that Bolton briefed Trump last year and then again in February on the same matter. However, multiple Trump officials are now ...

Trump Administration To Cut Billions From Education

The White House under the Trump administration wants a 12% cut in Educational funding, which translates to roughly $7.1 Billion gone. Poof. Vanish. Education no more.  While congress opposes this budget proposal, the Trump administration surely will find a way to get a measure of their wants fulfilled.  This news is quite troubling, as someone who has been greatly fortunate to attend a college the access to the knowledge I’ve acquired is laying an essential framework for my future. I imagine countless other students who would strongly oppose any cuts to education, as it is already it’s tough and to add undue stress to the building blocks of success is heartless. The details on Trumps Administration cut to education proposal includes  -The federal government ...

The Death Penalty Is Revived In The United States of America

Men are playing God...again. The death penalty in America under Attorney General William Barr is strongly being considered. A new execution protocol, replacing the three-drug cocktail previously used in federal executions with the single drug, pentobarbital. The last federal execution was carried out in 2003. While The Supreme Court outlawed state and federal death penalty laws in the 1972 decision Furman v. Georgia it was not an absolute ruling. The federal death penalty was reinstated in 1988, and expanded by Congress in 1994 and is only implemented under those criminals that are deem "the worse of the bunch". Executions have been scheduled for Daniel Lewis Lee, Lezmond Mitchell, Wesley Ira Purkey, Alfred Bourgeois and Dustin Lee Honken between December 2019 and January 2020. What...

Trump admits that he would take info from foreign power on opponent

In a shocking admission in an ABC Interview, Donald Trump appears to have admitted on record that if he were approached by a foreign power promising information he would take it. “I think I’d take it,” President Trump said in an interview. “If I thought there was something wrong, I’d go maybe to the FBI.” “You don’t call someone from the FBI,” the president said. “You throw somebody out of your office, you do whatever you have to do.” The excerpts come from a two day interview conducted by ABC with Donald Trump, some of which, has further fueled calls for his impeachment considering accepting that information would actually be technically considered treason. https://twitter.com/ABC/status/1138936855573999616?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed&ref_url=https%3A...

ISIS’s failed plot against America explained: Deep Dive

Looks like a major terror plot was foiled at the US Border [and it also appears that the federal government wasn't aware]. While his story remains to be fully confirmed -- an ISIS recruit was caught on tape last month in an interrogation revealing damning details. Details that allegedly included a plot to overthrow the U.S Economy by way of transporting English-speaking terrorists through the border. He was allegedly first recruited into ISIS in 2016 by their intelligence firm emni. The revelations have sent shockwaves through Washington -- mostly because the Trump Administration is so far concerned about immigrants that they missed the signs of what would've been a grave terrorist attack. “They were going to move me to the Mexican side [of the U.S. southern border] via Puerto Rico....

Robert Mueller: Charging Trump “not something we could consider”

Mostly it appears that Department of Justice protocol prevents a sitting President from being charged with a crime. On Wednesday, former Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III took to a press conference. Notably Mueller confirmed three big ticket things from the investigation. Mueller is closing the office and retiring to private life. The presser confirmed in his own words that due to protocol -- Trump could not be charged, although, he did not rule out Congressional intervention to remove Trump from office. The Special Counsel also notably said that "words speak for themselves". Particularly this quote is standing out to most and a clear indicator, that Mueller is handing any remaining reigns to the actual lawmakers. "Beyond what I've said here today and what is containe...

Trump denies Pelosi her plane, allows wife to use government jet for spa day

WASHINGTON -- There is absolutely no stopping Melania Trump. According to reports,  Melania took off for Mar-A-Lago on Thursday ... but not without controversy.  Reports indicate that hours before she departed, uh, there was a debacle involving Nancy Pelosi and Trump himself. Let's keep in mind.. Pelosi is second in line to the Presidency and a highly ranked government official. Melania is a former porn star/model turned First Lady who has no business on a government flight. Trump released a letter stating that Pelosi's once top secret trip to Afghanistan and Brussels (to meet a delegation; troops, and foreign diplomats) had been cancelled.  The letter, as you might guess, has been widely panned on social media as a serious violation of the law and borderline treason. Multiple political...

This improperly redacted file reveals DAMNING charge against Paul Manafort

Troubling news for Donald Trump; company, and one Paul Manafort. Apparently, uh, nobody taught Manafort's lawyers how to properly seal and redact court documents before actually opening their mouths about them. According to the Washington Post, his lawyers, are scrambling to cover up a massive fail that revealed some pretty damning things about what the government has against Paul Manafort. The AP was the first to discover the "secret" filing, which, disclosed  that Manafort "traded and openly gave knowledge" to Kilminik (a Russian agent type guy with severe ties to Vladamir Putins' elite group of hackers and spies).  The government alleges that Kilminik and Manafort "knowingly met in Madrid during the 2016 campaign to swap and trade secrets related to Donald Trump 's 2016 Presidential Ca...

Mueller report may “terrifyingly devastating” for Trump: Trump defender

One of President Trump 's main and most vocal defenders, uh, appears to be singing a very different tune ahead of the release of Robert Mueller's report on Russian meddling. In interviews over the weekend, Dershowitz, revealed that he himself believes that the impact and revelations in the report --  will likely be politically devastating to Trump. “I think the report is going to be devastating to the president and I know that the president's team is already working on a response to the report,” Dershowitz said on "This Week" Sunday. https://twitter.com/ABCPolitics/status/1066695641873580033?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1066695641873580033&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fabcnews.go.com%2FPolitics%2Fmueller-report-devastating-president-frequent-trump-defender%2Fstory...

Racist white man pulls gun on group of black teenagers: Police

In the era of Trump, uh,  nothing of the kind is actually that shocking anymore.  According to a video posted online, a man now identified as Lloyd Edward Johnson, has been arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault with deadly intent.   Johnson, uh, was seen in a now viral video in a Mcdonalds restaurant (in Minnesota) pulling a gun on a group of mostly Somali-American teenagers just trying to order some food. The video, despite its shocking nature, is shown below.  We normally don't show racist videos, however,  we have chosen to show this to highlight just how bad racism is in America at the hands of white people.  Johnson, per one of the kids, apparently was pissed off in line that there was a delay. This is where it got heated.  Per multiple reports,  (see the Twitter feed b...

Donald Trump says he’s most THANKFUL FOR HIMSELF

But you know, uh, totally forgetting about the people who have actually done something for the U.S (or in this case the troops). According to Newsweek, Trump, spent his Thanksgiving in Mar-a-Lago where he phoned troops from all around the world. But, even doing so, Trump managed to make much of the holiday about himself after apparently telling troops and the U.S Coast Guard that “I’ve made a huge difference in this country”.  Trump apparently spent about 25 minutes on the phone with troops from all over the world, where, he also went on to hand out big sandwiches to Coast Guard men in the area.
