HORROR: Chicago woman films young woman’s rape on Snapchat

CHICAGO -- Interesting news in Chicago this week (even though it actually happened a few days ago).   Chicago police confirmed to the Daily News that a woman is in Cook County Jail after she apparently decided to get back at a female friend because she couldn't get a man's attention.  Beth Rae Harris, 36,   decided that she would take the victim back to her apartment after a slew of parties. Upon arriving, (she had already been drinking heavily at a hotel party) she passed out.  Prosecutors say Harris invited over multiple men at that point and decided to film what would become of her rape on Snapchat (it was actually posted to a public version of someone's Snapchat story resulting in the whole world seeing it!).
