Lt. Colonel alleges Trump Administration willfully altered Ukraine transcript

WASHINGTON --- Bombshell news today as Washington wakes up to further take in the testimony of one Lt. Colonel who made damning allegations yesterday against Donald Trump and his administration.  According to Lt. Colonel Alexander Vidman, the nation's top Ukraine expert,  the Trump administration willfully altered phrases and text from the Ukrainian phone call transcript. Here's what he says was omitted from the transcript according to his impeachment testimony: A direct mention by Donald Trump of Hunter and Joe Biden that was on the recording. A direction mention by Ukraine 's President Zelensky of the energy company, Burisma Holdings who employed Biden on its board. ‘I did not think it was proper to demand that a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen, and I was worried about...

Robert Mueller: Charging Trump “not something we could consider”

Mostly it appears that Department of Justice protocol prevents a sitting President from being charged with a crime. On Wednesday, former Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III took to a press conference. Notably Mueller confirmed three big ticket things from the investigation. Mueller is closing the office and retiring to private life. The presser confirmed in his own words that due to protocol -- Trump could not be charged, although, he did not rule out Congressional intervention to remove Trump from office. The Special Counsel also notably said that "words speak for themselves". Particularly this quote is standing out to most and a clear indicator, that Mueller is handing any remaining reigns to the actual lawmakers. "Beyond what I've said here today and what is containe...

Trump loses court bid to stop latest subpoena

WASHINGTON -- New developments in Donald Trump's quest to block House officials from accessing his personal financial records. According to reports -- a federal judge struck down Trump's claim that Democrats didn't have the appropriate legislative agenda to get them to begin with. But the courts, at least for now, appear to be on Democrats side. In a multiple page ruling, it was declared that Democrats presented not only valid legislative purposes but that it had become a situation of not interfering with Congress. Trump reportedly plans to appeal however it remains uncertain how that may go. The next hearing is set for 20 June.

Rod Rosenstein resigns as Deputy Attorney General: Letter

Turns out Rod Rosenstein is looking to do an about-face; run for the hills, and likely save what's left of his ass. According to a letter released online, Rosenstein has submitted his resignation to Donald Trump effective 11 May. In the letter, Rosenstein claims that he helped make "America and its election system more clear". If that isn't the most laughable thing. “We enforce the law without fear or favor because credible evidence is not partisan, and truth is not determined by opinion polls,” Rosenstein wrote. “We keep the faith, we follow the rules and we always put America first.” Rosenstein has long infuriated the Trump Administration, mostly because he was actually the one to appoint Robert Mueller to begin with. The letter in full from the Department of Justice.

#JacobWohl is back already with more fake Twitter accounts

*WE literally just got wind of this account through a tipster in our e-mail.  The tipster is indeed credible, and, we were able to verify isn't actually Jacob Wohl using someone else's name.  On Wednesday afternoon, The Daily News, was sent a tip regarding another fake social media account ran by right-wing nutjob Jacob Wohl. Wohl. now is using an account claiming that gays are backing Howard Schultz. Howard Schultz has not even announced a gay platform as of yet. The tipster (see their Twitter link) also appears to have already posted numerous credible pieces of evidence to show that this is indeed Jacob Wohl. We have reported the following links from @GaysforSchultz to Twitter. The evidence submitted to The Daily News. Earlier today as we reported, Jacob Wohl, was per...

Longreads: What the Roger Stone indictment means for Trump

With the news that one of Trump 's key allies and henchmen was arrested over the weekend, several talking points, have emerged.  Among those talking points, perhaps,  people are asking what that may mean for the dutifully unliked President of the United States. Stones' indictment, which we have a copy of, notes that he has been charged with 7 federal crimes. The indictment begins with one familiar charge we've heard thrown around with Trump's name itself. Obstruction of Justice.   In the wee hours of the night over the course of the week, Mueller, ordered sight-unseen raids on Stone's Florida home.     FBI agents arrested Stone, and, charged him with 1 count of obstructing a congressional investigation (Title 18 USC 1505 and 2).  This is perhaps where Mueller 's latest move finally makes...

Pundits; Conway’s husband react to Trump’s “Totally free!”

When in fact he couldn't be any further from that. Following news that Robert Mueller sentenced and recommended Michael Cohen to the "harshest of sentences", Trump, notably claimed that such gets him off "totally free." A claim that isn't actually what it seems. Despite the claim from the President, Kellyanne Conway's husband George, uh, had some news for Trump on Twitter. "Except for the part where the US Attorneys Office says that you directed Cohen to commit two felonies" reads a comment by Conway on Twitter in response to Trump 's thread. It is widely believed that Mueller may target Trump himself next.

Jared Kushner avoided federal taxes for years: NYT

Looks like  tragic and dodgy family practices don't fall far from the tree. In a second bombshell report from the New York Times, the paper managed to uncover equally shady tax-avoidance practices by none other than Jared Kushner.   While his own net-worth soared, he, managed to avoid paying taxes of any kind for the last five years per recorded returns. The Times uncovered that from 2006 to 2018 Kushner paid taxes all of a single time. That time, uh, being in 2013 when  he paid a reported $1.1M in taxes. Kushner's lawyer denied any wrong doing when contacted by The New York Times, although, many are already crying afoul. For example, in 2015  he earned $1.7m in income, but reported more than $8.7m in losses.   This is all too common among real-estate developers, who, actually use a ...

Donald Trump sent an unusual gift to Kim Jong Un

And by unusual, uh,     a gift that might actually be considered a little offensive to the North Korean leader. According to reports, ehum,  Sec state Mike Pompeo is headed for the hermit kingdom (again),  where,  he will provide Kim with a gift from the US President. So what's on it? Per the Guardian,   Trump, apparently sent a CD with Pompeo containing the song "Rocket Man" by none other than Sir Elton John himself.     The Rocket Man reference came during the earlier months of Trump 's presidency when  North Korea and America were on the brink of civil war.

Why, you say?  Trump 's Twitter tweets are often heavily capitalized and often misspelled for various reasons. And according to the President, uh,   such  has always been done on purpose to "emphasize"   the importance of them. "After having written many best selling books, and somewhat priding myself on my ability to write, it...

Israel braces for war as Trump violates foreign policy naming new capital

ISRAEL --  In a move that has already sparked protests, Israeli forces, are preparing for the worst: yet another Arab-Israeli war that could be the deadliest in history.   This week,  Donald Trump, declared Jerusalem the capital of Israel, breaking with decades of foreign policy. The move is expected to be delayed briefly, however, this means that the Embassy will move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.  Arab leaders across the spectrum have largely downplayed the move, mostly,  comparing it to acts of treason. In 1995,  then U.S president Bill Clinton enacted a law that would require such to happen and the Embassy be moved to Jerusalem. But,  due to national security concerns (among other things)  the move was delayed due to a presidential  waiver ever since.  Palestine's envoy reporte...
