In a new report out over the weekend, it was revealed that Bernard has dealt with death threats and even kidnapping threats in the past.
At one point Bernard ‘s daughter was the reported subject of an FBI complaint after there was a credible kidnapping threat involving said daughter. It is one of many instances in which Bernard has faced increased threats and scrutiny for her vital work in providing women safe access to reproductive care.
The Washington Post reported on Sunday that a website in the area apparently featuring a christofascist organizations information has surfaced. Called the Right to Life Michiana the group features Bernard ‘s name; work location history, and education history in an almost hit like list fashion. There are also 5 other doctors listed.
